Still waiting on parts

I have been asked to review my latest purchase. Unfortunately not all of the parts were delivered when the lamp arrived. I emailed the company and they responded fairly quickly and said that they would ship the missing parts. It’s been over a week and the parts are still not here and tracking doesn’t even show an estimated arrival date. Still waiting patiently. This is my seventh lamp from this company. All of the other lamps I purchased were packed well and complete and the quality of the lamps is impressive. This is the only hiccup but I’m sure it will be resolved soon.
